What does the quote cover?

Ask for a written scope: design, permits, site work, utility connections, finishes and cleanup, and what is left to you.

Who handles the permit?

Find out who prepares the drawings, who submits them and who answers the city's comments.

How long will it take?

Ask for a schedule with the permit review and the build shown separately, since the city sets one of them.
